Agr International is committed to customer satisfaction from initial discussions to installation and product support. The Technical Service group of Agr ensures that this commitment is kept.

The knowledgeable, experienced technicians in the Technical Service group offer many services to Agr customers including equipment installation and training, field services, troubleshooting, customized service contracts, equipment training schools, and repair services. This group includes personnel from Agr headquarters as well as from our satellite offices in China, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Russia and Poland. Agr maintains three strategically located facilities that provide repair capabilities and offer a high level of regional support services. These facilities are located in:

  • Leese, Germany
  • Montecchio, Italy Montecchio, Italy
 

All Technical Service representatives are factory trained to complete equipment installation in a timely manner, ensure that the equipment operates according to specification, and provide training for operators and maintenance personnel. Following installation, Agr technicians are available via telephone, fax, and email to troubleshoot and answer customer questions. Technical Service representatives are also available to assist operators and maintenance personnel or service the equipment. The focus of this group is to provide service and support in keeping Agr equipment at peak performance.
